Wear protection tubes are often used in applications that are subject to high loads and where a lot of friction occurs. For this reason, wear protection pipes have a lining that serves to protect the surfaces from wear. This lining gives the tubes a longer service life than unlined tubes.

The abrasion protection pipes differ in the thickness, wear resistance, temperature range and application area. 

 

APS pipes are for grain, animal feed, seeds, spices and granulates. 

 

SUPER APS FOOD pipes are also for grain, animal feed, seeds, spices and granulates. These pipes can be used up to a maximum of 90°. APS pipes only up to 70°. 

SUPER APS pipes are for industrial applications, stones, soil, gravel, building materials and cement.

The abrasion resistant abrasion protection pipes are sendzimir-galvanized. 

The APS pipes are lined with polyethylene and the APS pipes are lined with polyurethane. This material combination makes the pipes extremely wear resistant and therefore they are ideally applicable for a variety of applications, where the pipes are exposed to extreme loads.

Due to the molecular structure of the pipes and moulded parts it is prevented that small particles are torn out of the surface. Moreover, the lining offers an additional protection against wear and tear. In the long term this saves money. 

Not only the service life of the abrasion protection pipes can be extended with the right lining but also damages on other parts of the system are thereby avoided. Abrasion protection pipes are a good investment for every company or private person who want to extend the lifetime of their products.
